Barista/Front of House/All-rounder

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service; greet and welcome guests, share product knowledge and assist in offering recommendations

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organised storefront

• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked

• Assist with stock rotation, storage and inventory

• Maintain food safety standards

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high volume setting

• Prepare hot and cold drinks, ensuring consistent quality & service (Baristas)

• Dial in espresso, manage brew recipes, and maintain equipment with care (Baristas)

About you:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a customer-facing hospitality role

• Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee (Baristas)

• Proven ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

• Confident communicator and energetic team player

• Calm under pressure, organised, and detail-oriented

• Genuinely passionate about food, specialty coffee and hospitality in general

• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position

• Availability to work flexible hours from Monday to Friday
