Part-Time All-Rounder (FOH / Barista)

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated part-time all-rounder to join our team at Aokuma. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in their work, and delivers consistently high customer service.

About the role

You’ll be working across front of house, with barista duties as required. This is a hands-on role that requires strong multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service

• Taking orders and handling payments accurately

• Making drinks (barista experience highly regarded)

• Running food and drinks and supporting service flow

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of FOH areas

• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we’re looking for

• Previous FOH experience in a café or hospitality setting (essential)

• Barista experience highly regarded

• High attention to detail and consistency

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods

• Resilient, fast learner, and adaptable

• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
