BARISTA/CAFÉ ALLROUNDER

We're Archie's All Day - a busy, beloved spot on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy. Good food, great coffee, & a team that actually likes coming to work. We're looking for passionate baristas/allrounders to join us, so if you can pour a neat stack, we want to hear from you!

We do craft, consistency, & good energy, every shift.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced baristas (2+ years) who take their work seriously (but not themselves)

• Allrounders who thrive across the floor & the machine

• Someone who shows up, communicates well & lifts the team around them

What you get:

• 2 consecutive days off always
