Barista All-Rounder

Be Oi Café is looking for a confident and passionate Barista All-Rounder to join our growing team.

We are a vibrant Vietnamese-inspired café in Mount Waverley, serving specialty coffee, matcha, toasties, and fresh house-made dishes. We care deeply about quality, efficiency, and creating a warm experience for our community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Available Tuesday to Friday (weekday availability is essential)

• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week

• Minimum 1 year barista experience preferred

• Confident in dialling in espresso, adjusting grind, and maintaining consistency

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented

• Strong customer service skills

• Able to assist with front-of-house duties (POS, food running, cleaning, restocking)
