Barista

Bean Here Coffee is currently seeking a highly skilled barista to join our team for our new Chadstone Village location, opening in late October.

Essential qualifications include prior experience in a Melbourne cafe and proficiency in alternative brewing methods.

Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of recipe development, calibration, and dialing in; while excellent latte art skills are an advantage, they are not mandatory.

We are looking for team-oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills who are dedicated to providing the highest quality coffee experience.

Our coffee is sourced from Tim Adams and A Typical, with occasional guest roasters featured for both milk-based and black coffees.

We utilize high-quality equipment, including an LM Linea PB, two E80 GBW grinders, an EK 43 grinder, and a Puqpress.

This position offers four to five working days per week, including one weekend day.

Successful candidates will commence training immediately at our CBD location.
