Are you passionate about coffee, love great hospitality and enjoy leading a team? We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic FOH Barista Supervisor to join our busy neighbourhood café!

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong knowledge of coffee, extraction and barista techniques.

Has a genuine passion for coffee and takes pride in their craft.

Leads by example and maintains high standards of coffee and customer service.

Loves connecting with customers and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Enjoys supporting a team and contributing to a positive café culture.

Position details:

4–5 days per week.
