WEEKEND BARISTA (Saturday & Sunday)

Bissel B Richmond is looking for a weekend barista to join our small but mighty team in a busy, well loved take-away bagel shop. This is a casual role joining a young, fun team suitable for someone who's here for both a good time and a long time 

What you'll be doing:

* Opening and closing the coffee machine like a pro

* Dialling in and adjusting grind throughout the day

* Milk texturing - no latte art required!

* Keeping your coffee section spotless and organised

* Handling busy rushes with confidence and consistency while taking initiative during the quiet periods

* Jumping on the till or helping at the pass when needed

You'll fit right in if you:

* Can run the coffee section independently

* Know what you're doing and can jump right in

* Stay calm when the queue hits the door

* Take initiative instead of waiting to be asked

* Enjoy being part of a tight-knit team

* Appreciate having regulars and friendly faces every weekend

* Want consistent and regular hours every week

* Love bagels!!
