Black Gold Café in Richmond is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

This role is Saturdays ongoing, with permanent Monday + Friday shifts, plus occasional additional shifts as needed. Immediate start available.

We are looking for someone reliable, fast, and passionate about coffee, who can confidently handle volume and work within a strong team.

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in a similar high-volume role

* Comfortable working with 80kg+ per week

* Must be able to handle 10kg+ daily volume alongside the team

* Strong specialty coffee knowledge

* Able to work well under pressure and multitask

* Can dial in with ease

* Confident splitting milk

* Strong quality control and problem-solving skills

* Latte art skills essential

* Exceptional customer service skills

* Confident taking orders and engaging with customers
