Popular bakery cafe Bloomwood is opening its second location in Melbourne CBD is building its new Front of House team. Be part of an ambitious and high achieving bakery with multiple viral highlights throughout 2025!

Our successful FOH candidates will have:

- A love for all things coffee, matcha, and pastries

- Bright and vibrant energy

- Strong customer service skills and communicating comfortably in English

- Knowledge of Melbourne cafe culture

- Experience in Melbourne cafes

- Be able to work seamlessly in a team

- Naturally driven and hard working

- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Naturally upsell to boost sales and improve customer experience

- Tidy and efficient

- Sense of urgency

Our successful barista candidates will have:

- Previous experience in Melbourne working in speciality coffee with high volume experience

- Genuine passion for coffee

- Minimum 2 years total barista experience

- Experience dialling in with knowledge regarding

- Experience with matcha is advantageous but not essential
