Barista

Caffe Ducale, is a premium Melbourne-owned and operated coffee roaster, combining traditional Italian coffee flavours with the expertise and craftsmanship of Melbourne’s specialty coffee scene.

In March 2025, Caffe Ducale opened its first concept café in Melbourne’s premier luxury shopping destination, Chadstone. Combining high-volume specialty coffee for both dine-in and takeaway with freshly roasted retail blends, the café features state-of-the-art coffee equipment and a distinctive Italian deli-inspired architectural and interior design.

We’re looking for passionate Baristas to join our team, brewing delicious coffee with a focus on a fun and engaging customer experience.

This Position Offers:

• Espresso Bar in Chadstone’s newest Market Pavilion

• Induction, training and development for those who aspire to learn and grow

• Support from an experienced Café Manager and Coffee Roasters

• Work with a passionate and experienced team of coffee enthusiast

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality

• Experience working with specialty coffee

• High quality barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc).

• A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude

• An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.

• The ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with availability to work between Tuesday, Sunday.
