WE'RE HIRING: Experienced Barista & All-Rounder – Preston 

Cedar Bakery Preston is looking for an experienced Barista and all-rounder to join our team, part-time.

We're a busy neighbourhood café with a loyal crowd of regulars, so we need someone who genuinely loves connecting with customers as much as they love pulling a great shot. If you're the kind of person who remembers how someone likes their coffee and takes pride in getting the details right even during a busy rush, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll bring:

* Solid experience with speciality coffee and confident, all-round barista skills

* Table service and POS experience

* A genuine enjoyment of customer service, not just tolerance for it

* Sharp attention to detail, from coffee quality to table presentation

* The ability to stay warm, friendly and switched-on during a busy rush

* Reliability and a strong sense of ownership over your section

* A team-player attitude, happy to jump in wherever needed

* Great communication and a positive, can-do energy

* Weekend availability is essential

You'll often be our customers' first point of contact, so a friendly, attentive manner and a genuine smile matter just as much as your coffee skills.
