Full time cafe all-rounder/barista required

Clancy's Bakehouse is a family run Bakehouse located in East Malvern with a strong local customer base. We focus on providing the best products to our community with excellent customer service. We are now seeking a full timer (or permanent part-timer) to join our dynamic team as an allrounder; a strong emphasis on front of house duties and assisting on coffee where required. You will have a vibrant personality with great communications skills and have a strong background in food/retail. Barista experience would be advantageous. You will work within a small team of 3-4 people at front of house, opportunity to work fixed hours or flexibility to alternate between open and close.

About the role

You must be:

• Self-motivated and have strong personal drive.

• Confident in a process driven environment with a strong focus on service and operations.

• Experienced in making coffee (preferable).

• Customer focused and give service with a smile, where YES comes naturally.

Skills and experience

Main duties of the role include:

• Assisting with day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

• Cash management and other general management functions.

• Maintaining daily stock levels.
