Coffee on Cue is looking for a Driver Barista to join our Melbourne operations team. You'll be responsible for the full end-to-end setup and service of our signature coffee cart experiences—from picking up gear at HQ, navigating to event sites, setting up kits, making brilliant coffee, and bringing the good vibes.
If you're someone who likes a little diversity in their day to day tasks, takes pride in presentation and service, and enjoys working independently (with great team support), this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
Load, transport, and set up coffee carts, stock, and equipment for events.
Serve specialty coffee on-site, dialling in to recipe and maintaining quality standards.
Manage client relationships during events, ensuring smooth service and clear communication.
Use scheduling and communication tools (Arrivy, Deputy, Gmail, Slack, etc.) to stay organised.
Pack down kits post-event and reset for the next day back at HQ.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service and during pack-down.
Adhere to OHS procedures when lifting or handling equipment.
Operate point-of-sale systems (e.g. Square) and handle transactions as required.
What We're Looking For
Valid Australian driver's licence.
Previous barista experience with confidence in busy environments.
Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 40kg, navigating tight spaces).
Professional, punctual, and reliable with great communication skills.
Tech-savvy – confident using apps for scheduling and communication.
Friendly, positive, and loves connecting with people.
