We’re on the lookout for a strong all-rounder with solid barista experience to join our team at Croissanteria, located in the heart of Crown.

This is not just another casual gig — we’re looking for someone who wants consistency, stability, and a team to commit to.

- Casual rate with reliable, consistent shifts ~No being sent home early ~ if you're rostered, you're working

What we’re looking for:

- Confident barista with experience in high-volume coffee service

Strong all-rounder (FOH service, basic food handling, customer engagement)

- Someone reliable, punctual, and ready to be part of a committed team

-Comfortable working in a busy, high-expectation environment like Crown
