Retail Assistant / Barista – Overnight Shift | Springvale

We’re looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants / Baristas (Overnight Shift) to join our team in Springvale.

What you’ll do:

• Provide an outstanding customer experience

• Set up, fill, and maintain product displays

• Upsell products and promote specials

• Prepare cold beverages (milkshakes & iced drinks)

• Operate the coffee machine and prepare high-quality coffees

• Follow food safety requirements (temperature checks & recording)

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Confidence in upselling

• Good organisational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Previous retail or food experience (preferred but not essential)

• Barista / coffee-making experience is required ☕

• Reliable transport to and from work (overnight shifts) 🚗

Availability:

• Must be available to work overnight shifts (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM)

• Full availability preferred
