The role

Our roastery team is seeking a Production Assistant to facilitate the full coffee production process.

You will:

  • Efficiently and precisely pack all coffee products.

  • Work with the dispatch team to fulfil orders and work on time-critical tasks.

  • Prepare green coffee, roasted coffee and packaging materials for roasters.

  • Assist with other general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Being a Junior role, it is open to applicants without direct prior roastery experience, a Barista or an individual with prior coffee industry experience and a strong wish to learn and expand their skill set are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • A true passion for exceptional coffee

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • A conscientious, organized and independent approach to work.

  • Methodical, with strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously, given the right training.
