All-Round Baristas

One more café, a few more coffee lovers!

We’re so excited to be opening our second El Parche café, and we’re looking for all-round baristas to join the team.

If you love coffee and bring a great attitude, we’d love to meet you! You’ll be working across both cafés, making coffee, looking after customers and helping with a bit of light food prep.

A few things we’re looking for:

⚪︎ At least one year of barista experience.

⚪︎ Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment would be great.

⚪︎ Food prep experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to teach you!

⚪︎ Availability for at least three days a week, including at least one weekend day.
