Experienced Barista

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Euro Lane Cafe' in the heart of Melbourne CBD. As a full-time Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our loyal patrons. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to showcase your passion for coffee and hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

• Ensuring consistent product quality and presentation

• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

• Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the smooth running of the cafe

• Making and serving a variety of alcohol-based beverage, including cocktails, wine and beer

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality environment

• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, including different brewing methods and equipment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

• A friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
