Part Time Barista/Coffee Maker

About the role
Fleischer Cakes' is looking for a talented Part Time Barista/Coffee Maker to join our team in Malvern, VIC. This is a part-time role, perfect for those seeking flexibility and work-life balance. As a Barista/Coffee Maker, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and more

2. Operating and maintaining coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance

3. Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers

4. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

5. Assisting with general café duties as required, such as stocking, cleaning and light food preparation

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee-making role, with a passion for crafting excellent coffee

2. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

4. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
