This part-time Barista opportunity at Francis Winifred' in Oak Park VIC 3046 is perfect for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, latte art is a must!

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the coffee bar, including maintaining equipment and stock levels

• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing any queries or concerns

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the cafe

What we're looking for

• Must have previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry

• Minimum 6 months of barista experience is required for this position

• Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of various coffee preparation techniques

• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver high-quality customer service

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and schedules

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidates must have Australian work rights
