Gilson South Yarra is on the hunt for a gun barista to join our team 

We’re a busy café/restaurant serving high-volume coffee, so we need someone who can handle pressure, stay fast, and keep quality consistent.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong barista experience (high-volume preferred) min 2 years experience

• Confident working under pressure

• Great attitude & team player

• Floor experience is a big plus (ability to run food / support service)

Availability:

• Must be available Thursday – Sunday
