Barista/All-rounder (FT Hours)

Goz city is on the hunt for a FULL TIME barista/all-rounder to join the team! **

Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts: Ranging between 6am/8.30am and 2/3.30pm

Hours available: Approx 38 - 42 hours

Location: Port Melbourne

What the job looks like:

- Opening and closing the store

- Helping out with food prep, service, and keeping things running smoothly

- Making awesome coffee

We’d love it if you:

- Have barista and cafe experience

- Will have knowledge of setting up the machine (3 group synesso) – Adjusting yield/grind/extraction times and remedy faults were necessary

- Latte art skills (preferred)

- Are friendly, reliable, and love working with people

- Can keep cool when things get busy

- Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand – we all pitch in here

We are a small team looking for someone who is available to work a minimum of 6 months but would prefer longer term employment.
