HIRING | BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER

Groundi Coffee Lounge – Myer Eastland

We’re looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team!

* Proven coffee-making experience & coffee art is a MUST

* Ability to comfortably handle 2–4kg of coffee per day

* Reliable, friendly & great with customers

* 15–25 hours per week

* REQUIRED availability: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday

* Weekend flexibility is beneficial but not required

* Immediate start available

Key responsibilities:

* Customer service, taking orders & creating a welcoming experience

* Preparing food, sandwiches, coffee & other beverages

* Maintaining consistent coffee quality & presentation

* Cash handling & processing transactions accurately

* Cleaning, dishwashing & keeping the café/service area tidy

* Working efficiently as part of a small team
