Gunni Café is a modern, high-volume workplace café located inside a newly developed office building by Alfasi Property in Cremorne. Serving a community of over 1,300 professionals, we focus on delivering fast, high-quality coffee and fresh food in a streamlined, friendly environment.

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Barista and/or Café All-Rounder who thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in consistency, speed, and customer experience. This is a weekday-only role—perfect for those seeking work-life balance with no weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Dialling in and producing consistently high-quality coffee

• Managing workflow during peak service periods

• Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service

• Handling POS transactions and cash confidently

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace

• Supporting the team across all areas of the café as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 year barista or café experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and workflow

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset

• High attention to detail and ability to stay organised under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
