CAFE ALL ROUNDER

About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Cafe All Rounder to join our vibrant team at Hudsons Coffee, located at Peninsula Private Hospital, Langwarrin. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic cafe environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

• Preparing and serving a range of coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards

• Preparing and presenting delicious food items such as sandwiches, salads, and pastries

• Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency

• Ensuring the cafe is kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times

• Assisting with other cafe duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role

• Minimum 1+ years of hospitality experience is required

• Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for providing high-quality customer service

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

• Flexible and adaptable to changing cafe demands

• Candidates must have flexible availability to work various shifts including weekend and public holidays.

• Australian work rights are required for this position
