The Role:

We have exciting positions available for a customer-focused and outgoing Baristas to represent Industry Beans at our venues in Lt. Collins CBD or in Fitzroy. These roles are a great opportunity for passionate and experienced baristas to further their experience with a specialty coffee roaster.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:

• Casual employment working across weekdays and weekends

• Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow

• Operating a Premium Modbar, state of the art grinders and equipment

• Ongoing support and guidance from our Roasting teams and Head of Coffee

• The opportunity to attend cuppings, trainings & ongoing coffee education sessions

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality

• Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)

• A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus

• Strong ability to work autonomously

• A fun and positive demeanour

• The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers
