We are looking for a

Restaurant/Cafe Manager - FULL TIME

This could suit a Cafe Manager who is happy to work some evenings

AND a

Permanent Part Time Barista

Mary's is a Nigerian inspired Cafe and Restaurant based in Collingwood, we are a woman led team focused on diversity and bringing our culture to Collingwood.

Please note we are only open Thursday - Sunday.

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the owner's right hand, making sure everything runs smoothly so the cafés stay organised, high quality, and calm. You'll lead day-to-day operations at Mary's and oversee systems and team management both day and night.

Key responsibilities

* Lead daily service & floor operations

* Manage staff, rosters & hiring

* Handle ordering, suppliers & stock

* Payroll & admin

* Improve systems and processes

* Maintain strong team culture

* Weekly oversight at both venues

About you

* Experienced in café/hospitality management

* Organised, proactive and reliable

* Great with people and leadership

* Embraces different cultures and ways of thinking

* Calm under pressure

* Someone who takes ownership and solves problems
