WE'RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED BARISTA

Monti Food and Wine | Albert Park

We're looking for a reliable, experienced barista to join our team. This is not a training role — we need someone who can step in, run the machine, and deliver consistent quality from day one.

THE ROLE:

→ Wed–Sun shifts (7am–3pm weekdays, 8am–3pm weekends)

→ Specialty coffee on Allpress beans

→ Latte art is non-negotiable

→ Brunch and lunch service only — no late nights

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

→ Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience

→ Reliable — if you say you'll show up, you show up

→ Can work independently under pressure

→ Valid Australian working rights (PR, citizen, or valid visa)

→ Available to start by late April

WHAT YOU GET:
