Cafe All Rounder

No Weekends, No Public Holidays ,Multiple roles

MONDAY to FRIDAY 5AM - 3 PM

We are seeking experienced Café All-Rounders with bubbly personality, passion for the industry and exceptional people skills to be part of great hard-working team for a Café in Tullamarine Industrial Hub .

In this role you are expected to create great coffees, keep a clean work environment and support on the front counter by making toasties, sandwiches, burgers and other takeaway food service etc.

The successful candidate must have:

· Minimum 1+ years hospitality experience required

. Prepare Coffee to a high standard

· Barista training for coffee preparation

. Provide friendly, efficient customer service

. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

· A hard-working attitude and great team player

· Genuinely enjoy people and connecting with customers

· Commercial kitchen experience a plus but not essential
