HEY MELBOURNE BARISTAS

Mr. Summit is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of a fast-paced, high volume coffee shop in Southbank.

This is a place for people who actually want to get better at hospitality. If you’re serious about learning, improving, and working in a strong team, you’ll fit right in.

You don’t need to be an experienced barista to apply. We’re happy to train the right people from the ground up, starting on the floor or dishwashing and progressing through to barista.
