About the role

OCAB Bakery Yarraville and Moonee Ponds currently has multiple vacancy for an experienced Barista to join our team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled person to contribute to the production of high-quality baked goods and pastries.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Dialing in Excellence: Master the daily calibration of grinders and espresso machine to ensure every

• Latte Art Pro: Making "the gram" jealous with every pour. Consistently deliver high level latte art (rosettas, tulips and swans)

• Maintaining a clean and organised work station

• Assisting in the stocking and rotation of ingredients and supplies

• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

About You 

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role as a barista, you'll have/be: 

• Strong understanding of coffee techniques, ingredient properties and food safety standards

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, be reliable and have great attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident 

• Have at least two years of barista experience.
