We're on the hunt for a passionate Barista to join the crew at Ritual Espresso.

Coffee is at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating memorable coffee moments for guests — from the first pour to the final smile across the bench.

This role offers consistent daytime shifts, with approximately 25–30 hours available per week with room to grow for the right person.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment

• Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience required

• Confidence dialling in coffee, pouring latte art, and keeping quality consistent under pressure

• Strong work ethic with great attention to detail

• A team player with a friendly, positive vibe

• Reliable and available for weekday and weekend shifts during our busy periods

• Availability for at least one weekend day minimum required

• Australian citizenship required for this position
