We are a high-volume, fast-moving drive-through café, and we’re growing. That means we need more than just another team member, we need a leader on the floor.

You will be leading from the front, driving performance, lifting standards, and making sure every customer leaves better than they arrived.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to tighten operations, build team capability, and create a workplace people actually want to be part of.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting daily operations, stock control, and smooth service flow

• Leading from the front during peak periods (this is a hands-on role)

• Coaching and developing team members to lift performance and confidence

• Improving systems to increase speed, consistency, and quality

• Being the go-to problem solver when things get busy (and they will)

• Helping build a positive, high-performing team culture

What We Are Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality/café environments

• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting

• Strong communication and the ability to motivate different personalities

• A proactive attitude, you don’t wait to be told what to fix

• Energy, resilience, and a sense of humour (non-negotiable during rush hour)
