Barista / All Rounder

A busy cafe and deli in the heart of the CBD.

We are looking for an experienced barista/all rounder. Casual and Full-Time roles available. Full working rights essential.

Our successful candidates will have:

* Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating in English

* At least one year of barista experience working in a Melbourne cafe

* The ability to taste and dial in espresso

* The ability to work seamlessly within a team

* The ability to excel in a fast paced and high pressure environment

* A naturally driven and hardworking attitude

* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* A natural ability to upsell and contribute to sales while enhancing the customer experience

* Tidy, organised and efficient work habits

* A strong sense of urgency and proactivity in a fast-paced environment
