FT Event Barista

WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME EVENT BARISTA

Join the team at The Cart Co! We’re on the lookout for an experienced, confident barista to join us full-time, working across exciting events with premium clients.

Based in Cheltenham

30–40+ hours per week (mainly mornings)

$35–$40 per hour

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years barista experience

Confident working solo on the machine

Must be local to the area

Must have a valid driver’s licence

Comfortable driving vans + navigating city driving & loading docks

Valid WWCC (Working With Children Check)

Flexible availability (event-based work)

What you’ll be doing:

Serving high-quality coffee at premium events

Working with high-end clients like Nike, Hugo Boss + more

Being part of a fast-paced, professional and fun team
