Barista / Front of House (Casual) – Brunswick & Airport West

The Happy Bakers is looking for Barista / FOH team members to join our teams in Brunswick and Airport West.

 Minimum 1 year barista experience in Australia (Melbourne preferred)

 Confident in making coffee

 Available weekdays & weekends

 Able to work early morning shifts (from 5:30am)

This is not a coffee-only role — you’ll also be serving customers, selling bakery items (sourdough, pastries, sandwiches), and helping with general all-rounder duties.

 Casual position

 More shifts available based on performance
