About you:

We are on the look-out for two keen and enthusiastic Front of House all-rounders to join our team at our Fitzroy Cafe. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you!

This role involves delivering a high level of service and quality, greeting customers, operating the till system, and Front of House support all whilst working alongside a great team to provide an excellent customer experience.

Day to day in this role you will: 

• Work alongside our FOH, Kitchen and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee and food that leaves our hands is at the same high quality standard.

• Taking orders and operating the till system.

• Provide an excellent coffee experience to our Toby’s customers.

These are casual roles, estimated to be working 3 days, circa 23 hours across Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for someone who: 

• Has a genuine love for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.

• Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work under pressure in a team environment.

• Communicates effectively with fellow staff and customers and maintains focus and work at pace.

• The ability to build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.
