Part-Time Barista

Hello Bello Pizza – Black Rock

Hello Bello Pizza is a casual, family-friendly venue in Black Rock. We’re seeking an experienced Part-Time Barista to run the coffee section independently on weekends.

The Role

• Preparing high-quality coffee to a consistent standard
• Managing the entire coffee section solo during service
• Dialing in, workflow management, and maintaining speed and quality
• Customer service and order handling
• Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining a tidy coffee station

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years barista experience
• Able to work independently and confidently
• Strong understanding of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and service flow
• Calm, reliable, and efficient under pressure

Hours & Availability

• Part-time: approx. 10–16 hours per week
• Saturday and Sunday mornings only
• Must be available both days — roster is fixed and not flexible
