As a Barista at Mercedes-Benz Brighton, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing a warm, welcoming experience for our customers. Your role is essential in maintaining the cafe's reputation for excellence and ensuring our guests feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and flair.
• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area.
• Handle customer orders efficiently.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with our front of house reception, supporting sales, service and parts teams to ensure a seamless operation.
   

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing techniques.
• You will also have the skills to teach other team members your barista skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work mornings through late morning/early afternoon shifts.
