Barista / All Rounder

We are currently looking for a barista/ all rounder( 30 hours+ a week min 4 working days) for our shops in richmond traders location Good Bean Richmond traders.  Looking for an experience barista that understands dialling in , recipe and cares about their craft . You will be working with a great and friendly team using some of the finest equipment . Must be able to calibrate and understand recipe. Latte art will be advantageous but not necessary
