Our ideal candidate has:

*  From 6 months - 2 years of experience in a high-volume specialty coffee environment.

*  A deep understanding of espresso theory and dialing-in.

*  Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

*  A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
