About Us : Dish & Spoon is a locally loved, fully licensed breakfast, brunch and lunch café that prides itself on seasonal produce, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality. We aim to create a casual but elevated experience for every guest, supported by a positive, professional team culture.

Position: Barista

Location: Dish & Spoon Café, Camberwell

Employment Type: Casual / Part-time (hours negotiable)

Hours: Early mornings, weekends and peak service times

(6:30AM TO 4PM M-F 7:30AM TO 4PM S-S)

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee and specialty drinks

Delivering friendly, professional customer service

Working efficiently during busy service periods

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station

Supporting the wider front-of-house team as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous café or barista experience (preferred, not essential)

Passion for coffee and hospitality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual and positive attitude

Pride in your work and attention to detail
