The award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its fcafe located in Melbourne Emporium.

We are in search of experienced staff that have the ability to provide high end customer service in a very busy enviorment.

The Role:

As a Barista / All Rounder, you will be reporting directly to the store Manager, your duties will include

• Serving various specialty coffee , hot and cold drinks
• Serving customers and using the POS system
• Engaging with your team and customers alike
• Working behind Bar, toasting food when required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in very fast paced cafe as a Barista minimum ( 3 Years)
• Latte Art experience
• People's person with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Must be fluent in the English language.

Only a few minutes walk from Melbourne Central train Station,various vacancies available ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual. We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available to work weekends.
