HIRING - casual barista/all-rounder

Westerly Cafe (Kingsville) is looking for the right person to join our small, supportive and experienced team. We’re a neighbourhood cafe with a strong focus on quality, consistency and community.

This role offers 20–30 hours per week across 4–5 days, with a mix of opening, mid and closing shifts. You should be comfortable working solo on opens/closes once fully trained, as we operate with a small, tight-knit team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-paced cafe

• Confident managing workflow + multitasking during busy periods

• Warm, customer-focused service

• Passion for quality coffee and clean, efficient workflow

• Reliable, calm under pressure
