The Fitz is on the lookout for friendly, energetic and reliable FOH staff, Baristas and Bartenders to join our team.

 • Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and professional attitude

 • Take orders, run food and manage tables

 • Prepare coffee to a high standard 

 • Make cocktails, pour drinks and manage bar service 

 • RSA required

 • Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus
