Backstreet Burgers in Newport is expanding! We’re opening a fresh new café concept and launching a full breakfast menu — and we’re looking for talented baristas to join our team.

We’re searching for:

• Head Barista (Full-Time)

• Barista Assistants (Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time)

HEAD BARISTA – What We’re Looking For

 • Strong barista experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

 • Confident on the machine, dialing in, milk texturing & workflow

 • Ability to lead a team and maintain high coffee standards

 • Passion for quality, consistency, and customer service

 • Comfortable assisting with café setup, processes, and training

BARISTA ASSISTANTS – What We’re Looking For

 • Some barista experience preferred, but training available

 • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused

 • Able to work efficiently during busy breakfast service

 • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
