ABOUT US

Cru Plus Coffee Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery passionate about delivering exceptional coffee experiences. We work with 6-7 different coffee varieties and are equipped with premium equipment including dual Mahlkonig E80S grinders, Mahlkonig EK43, Synesso MVP 3-group, and dual Moccamasters.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. BARISTA (ALL-ROUNDER) - PART-TIME

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a specialty coffee environment, OR
• Minimum 2 years general barista experience
• Strong espresso and milk texturing skills
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and extraction principles
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

2. FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF - PART-TIME

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Team-oriented mindset
