 Southbank 

Part-time All-rounder (1 position)

 • Making coffee, operating the till, serving food

 • Minimum 2 years of barista experience required

Supervisor (1 position)

 • Making coffee, inventory checks, managing the café and staff

 • Requires a long-term visa with over 1 year validity in Australia

 • Not available for Working Holiday Visa holders

 St Kilda Road – near the Korean Embassy 

Our second Trillium Café is scheduled to open mid-December to early January 

Part-time All-rounder (3 positions)

Full-time All-rounder (2 positions)

 • Making coffee, operating the till, serving food

 • Minimum 2 years of barista experience required

Supervisor (1 position)

 • Making coffee, inventory checks, managing the café and staff

 • Requires a long-term visa with over 1 year validity in Australia

 • Not available for Working Holiday Visa holders

Working Hours

All-rounders:

 • Mon–Sat, 6:45am–3:30pm

 • Part-time: approx. 15–30 hrs/week

 • Full-time: approx. 35–40 hrs/week

Supervisor:

 • Mon–Sat (5–6 days), 6:45am–3:30pm

 • Approx. 38–45 hrs/week

Pay Rate

Part-time & Full-time All-rounders:

 • 2025 Hospitality Award Rate + 10%

→ $28.435 or $29.37 (depending on experience and skill after the trial)

About Us

Most of our customers are regulars. We are looking for someone who can greet customers warmly, engage in small talk comfortably, work efficiently during rush hours, and keep things organised.

Most customers and the owner are Australian, so strong English communication skills are preferred.
