Experienced Baristas and Customer Service Professionals Wanted for Port Fairy Folk Festival

We are seeking skilled baristas and customer service experts to join our team at the Port Fairy Folk Festival, taking place from Friday, 6th March to Monday, 9th March 2024.

As a husband-and-wife-operated business, Coco’s Plant Powered specialises in premium organic coffee and healthy plant-based options, including burgers, wraps, and bowls. With nearly 10 years of industry experience, we maintain efficient systems that are straightforward to learn, though the role demands a high level of energy and efficiency due to expected high volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve coffee and plant-based dishes in a fast-paced environment.

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in barista work, food service, or customer service roles.

* Ability to work in a busy setting with flexibility for shifts of 8-12 hours per day (breaks will be provided).

* Must have your own transportation and self-contained accommodation (e.g., tent, swag, or campervan) for the duration of the event.

* Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Compensation and Benefits:
