All-Rounder Barista

We’re Hiring: Full-Time All-Rounder Barista

new art café inside our art gallery/studios

where creativity and coffee come together! We’re looking for a friendly, skilled, and energetic barista/all-rounder to help us grow and shape this exciting new space. location: cbd spencer st.

Hours:

Tuesday – Sunday (must be available everyday pls)

7:30am – 1:30pm

(Mondays off)

What we’re looking for:

* A barista who can make consistently great coffee

* Machine knowledge, such as calibration & grinder adjustment

* opening a cafe solo at 8:00am solo (2nd staff coming at 8:30)

* Experience in both hot and cold beverage preparation

* A true all-rounder happy to help with whatever’s needed

* A great personality with positive energy and customer focus

* A multitasker who can adapt as we grow

* Confident with a POS system and cash handling

* A reliable team player

* A love for art and creativity (we’re an art gallery, after all!)

Note: some days will be busier than others as we find our flow. We’re looking for someone flexible and understanding who wants to grow with us on this journey.
